Hi. I’m Jess.

Mama. Community builder. Researcher. Play party expert.

I’m the founder of fwb, a Los Angeles community for curious friends, and co-founder of the Bonding Project, a research initiative that examines all of the complex and nuanced ways we form relationships.

I got involved in the play party scene in 2015 and have since hosted hundreds of events. I founded fwb in 2023 to be a hub for connection, education, and play for the sex-positive communities of Los Angeles. We regularly host 12-20 events per month at ourclubhouse.

In addition to my work in the sex positive and relationship spaces, I’ve written, directed, and produced features, short films, commercial content, and live performances. In 2019, I co-founded mesh, a platform for communities to build their own apps, and spearheaded that project as CEO for 5+ years. I’ve volunteered for political campaigns

I’m currently focused on my new role as mom, completing my sociology degree, and writing a memoir.
